Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

At Strong Foods, we are committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and nutritious products. Due to the consumable nature of our items, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return & Replacement Policy

No Returns Policy: We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered. This applies to both opened and unopened items, as our products fall under the food category and cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons. Replacement Eligibility: We only offer replacement (not refunds) under the following conditions:
  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery
  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item sent)

Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. You are required to share the following:
  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory) showing the sealed package being opened
Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted, as this helps us verify claims accurately.

Replacement Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:
  • A replacement will be initiated at no additional cost
  • The replacement product will be shipped within 2–4 business days
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location
In some cases, we may request the damaged or defective product to be returned for quality checks.

Important Conditions

Opened / Used Products: We do not provide replacements for products that have been used or consumed, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect supported by proof. Taste & Preference: We do not offer replacements based on personal taste preferences or dislike of flavor. Storage Conditions: Strong Foods is not responsible for damage caused due to improper storage after delivery (e.g., exposure to heat, moisture, or mishandling).

No Refund Policy

We follow a strict no refund policy. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances. Only eligible replacement requests will be considered. All payments made through Razorpay are final and non-refundable.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. After Dispatch: No cancellations or modifications can be made once the order has been shipped.

Non-Delivery or Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. Our team will investigate the issue and provide a resolution within 3–5 working days.
